Ongoing tasks carried here from the previous sprint + New tasks committed by their owners in the sprint meeting. They come from the tasks in the Backlog and the Proposals.

9.08-03 Fix any other logged karma issues Must Ferenc Done Checked all bugs that refer to "karma". There is no outstanding issue which should not be solved by re-importing the mailing lists.
9.06-05 Package promotion/repository management/community QA interface Must X-Fade 100% Basic interface is in place, most tests look promising.
9.08-04 Integrate minimae into package promotion to get infrastructure & UI in place Must Jeremiah 90% minimae checks implemented this sprint
minimae in git Have a working hook into the build system, but need to modify it.
9.06-07 Karma for applications - get agreement on formula Must indeyets 100% Data is gathered, app-karma generation code is in place. There's no consensus on formula - will implement for feedback
9.07-01 Setup SSO-integration (GForge) Must danielwilms 100%
9.08-05 Identify/communicate to tmo users about upcoming election Must Jaffa 100% Email sent to 1,599 tmo users giving them instructions on how to link accounts
9.08-06 Produce Maemo Summit 2009 budget v0.99 Must qgil 0% Haven't done it but the main areas are well resourced with minimum budgets committed (infra, sponsorship, merchandising and party). Planning to have the final budget ready by Sep 15.
9.08-07 Drive election process Must Jaffa 100% Announcements have been published. List of tmo users from 9.08-05 passed on to dneary.
9.08-08 Co-ordinate summit council responsibilities Must timsamoff 60% Merchandising/accomodation etc.
9.08-09 Promote summit & buzz/communication plan Must VDVsx Done Maemo_Summit_2009/Marketing, Call for help and Twitter buzz
9.08-10 Draft quality guidelines for extras-testing to extras promotion Should qgil 10% Drafting at Extras-testing Quality_criteria + tmo discussion. Well started but not concluded. Will do in this sprint, rather soon since it's needed to define 100% the promotion to Extras.
9.06-12 #4405: Task:Proof-read Human Interface Guidelines Should dneary DONE Changes are merged into official docs and are in wiki at Documentation/Maemo 5 Developer Guide/Human Interface Guidelines
9.04-05 Implement new maemo.org layout and style - Bugzilla Should Andre 80% Rough version in place. Not much progress in August; lots of Fremantle stuff in the last weeks...
9.08-11 Document & communicate packages interface to testers Should Jaffa 0% Not done anything - somewhat dependent on testing reqs. documentation & "finished" packages interface
9.06-09 Vendor Hardware Repositories - decide on sub-tasks for next sprint Should Stskeeps 0%
9.06-14 Plan for the OMAP2 acceleration drivers Could qgil 10% TI contact has resources ready. They are getting access to the source code from TI and maemo in order to start the work. Maybe completed during the September sprint?
9.08-12 Improve reporting feed appearance on sprint page Could Ferenc 0% To liaise with Jaffa
9.04-08 ITP process/workflow around prototype Could Jeremiah 90%

  • Jaffa: try and get some UI love for 9.06-05 done
  • timsamoff: to talk to keesj about accomodation and merchandise production in Amsterdam as part of 9.08-08.
  • VDVsx: 9.08-09 done for this sprint, I'll continue with the task in the next sprint.
