EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
1. Ask for remove of packages
2. Wait weeks
3. Ask again

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
Packages are removed

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
Blablabla many discution on mail list. Nothing done
