Erminig crashes on sync if no network connection exists.

SOFTWARE VERSION: 0.2.1
EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM:
1. N900 is not connected to the net - connections are available but no IP is
assigned (Settings>Internet>'always ask' network connection)
2. Select a calender
3. Select either 'sync-1' or 'sync-all'
EXPECTED OUTCOME: Fail to sync -> either fail gracefully or ask to select
ACTUAL OUTCOME: 'Bug Detected' dialog, selecting either 'Details' or 'Quit' has
no effect. Tapping on title bar returns to main app screen.
