This is comes from the fact that you uploaded your packages to extras-devel
free first and then to non-free. As these are different repositories for the
interface it needs to prioritize one, free in this case.

I'm reindexing the fremantle extras-devel to remove all your older versions
from there. Then this problem should go away.

Repository reindex fixed this issue. The url now shows correcly.
