Description Roman Polach (reporter) 2010-03-17 01:52:13 UTC
SOFTWARE VERSION:
2.2010.02-8

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM:
1. Open the RSS reader and read favorite news articles
2. Close the rader, wait a day
3. Open the RSS reader and read favorite news articles again

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
User should see if articles shown has been already read by user or not.

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
No information about read or not yet read.

REPRODUCIBILITY:
always

EXTRA SOFTWARE INSTALLED:
not relevant

OTHER COMMENTS:
There are several ways this can be fixed:
 * all articles are marked as read when user closes the RSS reader. After next
open, only new articles are shown
 * all articles are marked as read when user closes the RSS reader. After next
open, all available articles are shown but read are marked/emphasized somehow
differently from not-read
 * there is "already read" checkbox/button near every article. When user check
that, message disappear / collapses (immediately or at least for next app
start)
