SOFTWARE VERSION:
1.0.0

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
1. Set system-wide time format to 24hr
2. Wait for SMS/IM message to arrive
3. See time of message arrival on right-bottom corner of the widget

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
Time should respect 24hr time format setting

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
It displays HH:MM:SS am/pm

REPRODUCIBILITY:
Always

Confirming, I have seen this as well.

fixed by using clock setting and hildon format strings, will be released in the
next version.
