SOFTWARE VERSION:
2.2009.51-1

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
1. Lock device with the sliding switch
2. Plug charger's micro-usb plug into the device

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
Device starts charging while locked.

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
Device becomes unlocked, lights up the screen, and shows "Charging" message

REPRODUCIBILITY:
always

No, it is not. The device not just briefly shows the screen. It becomes
unlocked and stays unlocked.
