EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
1. Open a debug prompt (IM you account number)
2. enter "grab_log"

EXPECTED OUTCOME:

A file transfer with the debug log starts

ACTUAL OUTCOME:

It reports errors

REPRODUCIBILITY:
always
