SOFTWARE VERSION:
51.1

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
1. Connect to internet
2. login into Skype account
3. Select contact with Skype account but offline status
4. Select 'call with Skype' or 'Chat with Skype'

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
Both buttons are disabled due to offline status of contact.
Or at least notification "unable to call/chat: contact offline".

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
"Internet connection required" notification (translated from Polish "Wymagane
połączenie z Internetem").

REPRODUCIBILITY:
always

If you have 8 minutes, can you provide the exact English popup message
displayed in this case? I'm wondering if this is "just" a bad translation to
Polish, or a general issue...

This is "pres_ib_must_be_network_connected" in osso-statusbar-presence.mo and
in en-gb translation it is "Internet connection required" (same in en-us).

Internal comment: Seems to be a Spec idiocy, but a rare use case, we can live
with it... marking as WONTFIX
