EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 

1. Open the browser and go to a website that have RSS feed
2. Tap the plus "+" sign, select subscribe to RSS.
3. If the RSS Feed Reader is opened and fetching updates the petition from the
browser is ignored.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
New subscription to feed.

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
Subscription ignored.

REPRODUCIBILITY:
Always

So this confuses me a bit. Do you open the RSS reader in step 3, or did you
open it before in step 0 already? Do you click the "Update" icon?

2. Open the browser and go to a website that have RSS feed
3. In the browser tap the plus "+" sign, select subscribe to RSS.
4. If the RSS Feed Reader is opened and fetching updates the petition from the
browser is ignored.

Is it more clear now? :)
