SOFTWARE VERSION:
(Settings > General > About product)

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 

1. Start the phone.
2. Attempt to use the AT&T internet.
3. Only get 2.5G.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:  3G hopefully

ACTUAL OUTCOME:   2.5G

REPRODUCIBILITY:
Always

EXTRA SOFTWARE INSTALLED:

OTHER COMMENTS: We AT&T customers would like a firmware update (if possible,
yes I contacted Nokia and they didn't give me a straight answer so I apologize
if it is a hardware issue) that would allow the support of the 850MHz/1900MHz
to allow access to the AT&T 3G Network.
