More descriptive error is needed than: Not enough memory in target location

I'm sure other bug reports all tackle the actual reasons for this error, but
this one is over the lack of usefulness of the error to the user.   Is memory
even the correct term here ?


SOFTWARE VERSION:  1.2009.44-1

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
1. While trying to install 2.2009.51-1, via Nokia Application Manager.
2. After selecting "Continue" does some processing (for a couple of seconds)
and then a Yellow Status warning appears.  "Not enough memory in target
location"

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
More descriptive error is needed.  Here is an example of a descriptive error:

Not enough storage space in /foobar needed 10Mb but only 8.5Mb available.
There has been an error during the installation process, press "View Log" to
see the diagnostics output.


A reminder that the purpose of errors is to allow the operator to diagnose and
correct those errors.  Increased attention to the usefulness of an error should
be given to those error that are highly likely to be seen in the field (common
errors through common usage).


ACTUAL OUTCOME:
"Not enough memory in target location"

(always, less than 1/10, 5/10, 9/10)
