EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM:
1. Open symbols kb (fn + ctrl)

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
Backtick and caret are present

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
Backtick and caret are NOT present

REPRODUCIBILITY:
always

OTHER COMMENTS:
These symbols are present on every desktop kb and are used in programming
languages and shell.

USER-SUGGESTED FIX:
Add them to symbols kb instead of <X-Fade will put symbols list here because i
hit bug in bugzilla>, which are VERY unlikely to be used at all.
