app manager - update and sip call at the same time - blanks the screen

SOFTWARE VERSION: (Settings > General > About product) EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 1. open the web browser with some site 2. open the application manager and click update 2. while the update is being preformed open the phone application and start a sip call 3. when I ended the call the screen locked and couldn't be released, night with the side button , nor by the power button. 4. I sshed to the N900 and run top. system was kind of sluggish, but reported only 20% usage EXPECTED OUTCOME: the system would allow me to use the device and get out of the screen lock ACTUAL OUTCOME: sshed to the N900 and rebooted REPRODUCIBILITY: (always, less than 1/10, 5/10, 9/10) It happened after being in use for 24 hrs. starting fresh it didnt happen. EXTRA SOFTWARE INSTALLED: OTHER COMMENTS: in case I reproduce, what extra info is needed? phone core dump? User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.1.6) Gecko/20091220 Gentoo Firefox/3.5.6
Thanks for the report. Sounds a lot like bug 5353 to me (application manager & browser irrelevant, it's the phone UI that crashes at the end of the call), do you agree?
