Browser toolbar steals text focus in fullscreen mode when "Auto focus address field" is enabled

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM:
1. Load a page with a text field (talk.maemo.org post entry field is a good
2. Tap the text field once then press an arrow key.
Browser toolbar doesn't pull focus for no reason.

Always, after the first highlight of the text field.
The focus logic for the browser toolbar in fullscreen seems a bit . . . off.

Note, also, that the Sym dialog causes the toolbar to steal focus, too.

Yes, that fixes it.
After reviewing this issue it looks like JS interacting with the text entry
field has a certain effect. I get it with the full reply page on Talk but not
the Quick Reply field at the bottom of threads, for instance.

Setting explicit PR1.2 milestone (so it's clearer in which public release the
fix will be available to users).
