SOFTWARE VERSION:
2.2009.51-1

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
0. Create shortcuts on the panoramic desktop to an application installed from
Extras (e.g. Hermes, ATI85, Conboy)
1. Create a backup on 1.2009.42-11 including applications & settings.
2. Flash 2.2009.51-1
3. Restore the backup
4. Restore the applications

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
Icons shown on panoramic desktop.

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
Empty "blue square" shown until after a reboot.

REPRODUCIBILITY:
always

OTHER COMMENTS:
This also happened in 1.2009.42-11 and 1.2009.41-10 IIRC
