Created an attachment (id=1787) [details] Example of the green picture.
It does not happen with all my photo's. It seem to occur randomly.
Thanks for reporting this. For future reference, please always use the bug template. So this only happens sometimes, and only for photos? Has this also happened with videos? If this happens and you take more photos directly after that, does this also happen for those photos? If this happens and you reboot and then take a few photos again, does this happen again?

(For future reference, please do not quote the full previous message if not needed - it makes reading this report harder. Thanks!)
Of course this *might* be some hardware problem, but can you test whether for example changing the Camera mode or some Capture settings make this not happen anymore?
I noticed the issue in low light condition with flash.

(In reply to comment #8) > I noticed the issue in low light condition with flash. > I think that was the case with me too, but I can't reproduce it. When I slightly press the camera butten, in a dark place with the flash on the screen is also green. Even though the photo I take at that moment is fine.
This has been fixed in package kernel 2.6.28-20095102+0m5 which is part of the internal build version 2009.51-13 (Note: 2009 is the year, and the number after is the week.) A future public update released with the year/week later than this internal build version will include the fix. (This is not always already the next public update.) Please verify that this new version fixes the bug by marking this bug report as VERIFIED after the public update has been released and if you have some time. To answer popular followup questions: * Nokia does not announce release dates of public updates in advance. * There is currently no access to these internal, non-public build versions. A Brainstorm proposal to change this exists at http://maemo.org/community/brainstorm/view/undelayed_bugfix_releases_for_nokia_open_source_packages-002/
Setting explicit PR1.2 milestone (so it's clearer in which public release the fix will be available to users). Sorry for the bugmail noise (you can filter on this message).
