EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
No steps needed, when booting the phone wl1251 won't load.

dmesg:
wl1251: WARNING WLAN not ready
wl1251: ERROR unsupported chip id: 0x0

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
Working wifi

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
No wifi

REPRODUCIBILITY:
always

EXTRA SOFTWARE INSTALLED:
Nothing, phone out of the box.

OTHER COMMENTS:

Thanks for reporting this.

Hmm, works fine here:
   [123347.487365] wl1251: loaded
   [123347.488098] wl1251: initialized

So this means in fact that WiFi does not work at all for you?

If this is a hardware bug it is out of scope for this bugtracker. In that case,
please either Contact Nokia Care services via www.nokia.com or the company who
sold the product to them.

Same problem in here, but it is software or hardware. I expect hardware bug as
flashing whole system did not help.

Will contact support in next week to get this solved.

Don't know about Jari, but my phone was returned to Nokia and fixed. Don't know
what they did to it, but it works now. So I think it's a HW bug.

software bug (and as maeom.org Bugzilla is a software bugtracker)...
