Call Forwarding's number not saved when enable/disable Call Forwarding

SOFTWARE VERSION: See above EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 1. Ensure you have a sim card with voicemail setup. 2. Navigate to Settings -> Phone -> Call Forwarding, check to see if the Call Forwarding box is checked and with a forwarding number presence before proceeding to next step. 3. Uncheck Call Forwarding, then go back to Settings 4. Go back to Settings -> Phone, scroll down and re-check with Call Forwarding EXPECTED OUTCOME: Call Forwarding's number field is presence with the previous stored Voicemail number on the sim card. ACTUAL OUTCOME: Call Forwarding's number field is blank, system did not save the number when Call Forwarding is temporally disabled. REPRODUCIBILITY: Always
