SOFTWARE VERSION:
(Settings > General > About product)

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
1. Enable Network positioning 
2. Set in Language and Region both Device Language and Regional settings as
English (USA)
3. Set in Availability 'My Location' to Street Level

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
In Dubai United Arab Emirates to see street names updated to friends Skype
sessions in English language


ACTUAL OUTCOME:
Street names are updated in Arabic language only country is United Arab
Emirates in English, rest of details using Arabic alphabets not Latin alphabets
like expected

Same issue in Maps for Arabic and Russian.
Now I wonder whether it is a bug or a feature. :-P
