EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM:  
Logging into bugzilla: 
Seeing form
Puring large glass of wine

Bugzilla layout and terminology is challenging to non-technically trained
users.

Please consider:
Indicating which fields are required and which are not 
Using less technical language
Adding single line giving assurance of the availability of Big-squad on the top
of the page: eg "Your bug will be looked at by the bug-squad in the first
instance: they will contact you if more information is needed"
Expediting single-site login asap

Current outcome is people trying to comment and suggest bugs in Brainstorm or
on forum as that feels more user-friendly

Hoped-for outcome would be an increase is useful bug-filing by non-technical
users.

Just a quick note here, bugs should be one issue per bug (this is good for
karma and good for sanity ;)), so please remember to file a new bug for each
issue you want to file.

Bugzilla 3.4 will fix this mostly. Bugzilla 3.6 will fix this completely.

Exact examples and rechecking welcome once Bugzilla 3.4 is in place.

Sounds like a good idea.

I think that Daniel Wilms was working on this, no idea about the status I must
admit.

...and which is a good first filter for some noise. ;-/

https://bugs.maemo.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=foo now has a "Hide Advanced
Fields"/"Show Advanced Fields" switch at the top so I consider this fixed.
