SOFTWARE VERSION: 1.2009.42-11 STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM: - enable Mail for Exchange setting - connect T-Mobile network using prepaid card EXPECTED OUTCOME: Even if Mail for Exchange gets an error, it does not trun on display ACTUAL OUTCOME: Mail for Exchange turn on display Sometimes it gets an error continuously and show yellow alert continuously REPRODUCIBILITY: always EXTRA SOFTWARE INSTALLED: I'm using www.nuevasync.com service to sync google calendar OTHER COMMENTS: T-Mobile prepaid allows data connection but it is limited. So Mail for Exchange protocol is not allowed and the error happens. But if the display is turned off (idle), it should not turn on the display. BTW, T-Mobile sidekick plan for prepaid does not work with N900... User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US) AppleWebKit/532.0 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/3.0.195.32 Safari/532.0
OTHER COMMENTS: I'm using in North California, USA. In addition, in other case(e.g. cannot connect to VoIP account etc.), the yellow alert turns on N900 display.
