STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:
iconv -l|grep 1257

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
CP1257//
WINDOWS-1257//

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
empty

REPRODUCIBILITY:
always

OTHER COMMENTS:

Windows-1257 is still used for e-mail in Lithuania.  Without cp1257 support in
iconv, Modest is unable to show a significant fraction of my email inbox.

Diablo had cp1257 support, so this is a regression in Fremantle.

The same in Latvia, this codepage is still used by majority. Adding it should
be trivial.
