STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:
1. Go to for example http://maemo.org/packages/view/libxslt1.1/
2. Click "Request to be maintainer of this package"

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
Additional are you sure page

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
Request was actually made instantly (or the page at least the page claims so)

REPRODUCIBILITY:
always

I agree that this needs a confirm step, I just lacked the time to do it. 

This is on my TODO list.

I've just added the confirmation step. This should fix the issue.
