STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:
Go to http://newstyle.maemo.org/news/

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
All <hr> separators should be using the provided graphic rather than the
default <hr> output.

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
<hr> separators appear to be default.

User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US;
rv:1.9.1b3) Gecko/20090305 Firefox/3.1b3

All "hr" separators are using provided graphics. There is not such thing as
default <hr>.

Well, I don't think you mean there is "no such thing" as a default <hr> tag
(i.e., without CSS: http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_hr.asp). But, now that I
look at the bg image used for the <hr>, I see that I was wrong... Thanks for
clarifying.
