(Control Panel > General > About product)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM: enabling clock plugin

EXPECTED OUTCOME: show digital clock

ACTUAL OUTCOME: clock appears but, kills task manager permanently

REPRODUCIBILITY: always
(always/sometimes/once)

I found this plugin doesn't kill the task manager on 0.12testing4, but it
pushes it off the right side of the screen.  If you remove the clock (and
possibly go into panels and rearrange things) you will find it is still there. 
There appear to be sizing issues related to the panel.

Clock plugin (as in, the marquee-plugins ones) were removed for 0.15.
