I want to get priority system for connectivity program. Example I could prioritys like this: 1. My home WLAN 2. My work WLAN 3. Public WLAN 1 4. Public WLAN 2 5. GPRS And program automatic tests all alternatives and if any connect not in available its say "Any connections not in available."
Enhancement request noted. Thanks.

copying from https://garage.maemo.org/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1272&group_id=164&atid=681 : "Sender: Joni Valtanen At least partially fixed. Connection is used if it is found. I do not know about GPRS but wlan works quite well."

This is more or less the current behavior fixed since... Chinook? Before? Available connections + GPRS appear on top and higlighted. If a saved connection is available then the device connects automatically. Should more "intelligence" be added?
yes more intelligence should be added. even my s60 phones have a priority order. the same is true for windows. note that the ui for both is pretty awful, but...

It's a pity that the votes of a duplicated report (8 in this case) don't move to the original (and unnoticed by voters) one. For the sake of being practical, would it make sense to close this one and reopen the other one with the votes?
Let's keep the votes by marking bug 402 as a dup of bug 1043. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 1043 ***
A reasonable request and I'm sure it's not the first time it's happened. Does the bug jar take any votes against duplicates into consideration when calculating the total votes against the "active" bug?
[off-topic comment] (In reply to comment #11) > Does the bug jar take any votes against duplicates into consideration when > calculating the total votes against the "active" bug? The proper solution is to fix the upstream Bugzilla code for this: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=25950 .
