Description Quim Gil (reporter) nokia 2008-09-11 13:29:57 UTC
Hi, the Jobs page has some formatting problems:

- A big one is that in Explorer only the first entry looks good, all of them
are in a thin, unreadable column. I hadn't noticed this until someone a Windows
user complained.

- The RSS feed icon appear at the end of the intro text. It should be at the
same height than the header, following the same style as in the rest of feed
icons.

- In Mozilla based browsers, there is a big white space between the intro text
and the first entry (that starts apparently below the right navigation column.
In Explorer is the opposite: the first entry starts directly under the intro
text - a bit of white would be welcomed there.

Identical problem on Announcements[1] and Garage News[2]. I'd have thought
someone would be checking and noticing this basic stuff (aka testing).

I have applied some fixes.

- The news items should now be the same size and not overlap the sidebar.
- The feed icon is now above the text, not exactly at the same hight. (I will
try to fix that later)
- White space issues are now solved.

I expect the complete CSS to change when we do the website redesign, so this
should just be a temporary fix until we have a new style.
