Description Ryan Abel (reporter) maemo.org 2008-08-14 01:45:39 UTC
Because I'd rather not spam an individual bugs for each small typo, I'm going
to do one bug per section (Development > SDK Releases, Development > Sources,
etc) and list the URLs, then the typos on that URL. From top to bottom on the
navigation menu and top to bottom on the page (i.e., URL, list of typos).

Corrections will be numbered from top to bottom on the page and appear as:

  Incorrect text -> Corrected text

If another submission method or is preferred, please let me know and I will
change the procedure for the next section.

First, general branding stuff. We need to make sure Maemo is capitalized
everywhere and that maemo.org (if it appears) is not. Lowercase maemo appears a
lot, so I will not be listing each individual occurrence.

Second, "Nokia 770", "Nokia N800", "Nokia N810 Internet Tablet device", etc are
very redundant in most places and should to changed to read just "N800" or
"770" for most instances.

The headings for all of the SDK sections need to be unified. Some are h4, some
h2, there doesn't seem to be any consistency. Doesn't really matter what they
end up being, but they need to be consistent.

Picking this up since I now have permissions to take care of it myself.

The Bora page was about as atrocious as HTML can get. That person was either
drunk or REALLY needs to be fired. . . .

Anyway, it's done, please check for missed existing issues or new issues.
