STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:

Go to: http://repository.maemo.org/extras/dists/diablo/free/binary-armel/
See the last update date for the Packages file.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:

The Packages file is updated when new packages are put in the diablo extras
repository. So users can download the new packages soon.

ACTUAL OUTCOME:

The Packages file is outdated though I am sure there is new packages in diablo
extras. If the Packages file is outdated, users can't download the new packages
though they are in the repository.

OTHER COMMENTS:

It could happen to chinook extras too, I suppose they use same method, but I
haven't tested it.

I worked on a script that is a bit smarter when handling reindexing of the the
repository. It seems it had a bug, I fixed that now. Let's see if it updates
the Packages file withing the next hour.

It seems that the fix did it's job. Packages are now updated.
