This will not be fixed downstream in Maemo Bugzilla (hence closing as WONTFIX),
but we could backport any upstream (Mozilla Bugzilla) patches.

This has not been fixed in upstream either, see
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=294608 and
http://wiki.mozilla.org/Bugzilla:OpenID_Auth_Plugin for tracking the current
state.

Hi, there have been talks in the past between the Maemo SW team and Niels +
Nemein to have single signon at maemo.org, including bugzilla.

In the last sprint meeting we discussed this a but again, after realizing that
there was no easy/clean way to integrate bugzilla logins with the maemo.org
login we have now. The conclusion was to make a proposal in this placeholder:
https://wiki.maemo.org/SingleSignOn

It's empty today. It could contain the proposal Nemein did to us last year,
that was rejected only because of the budget it required (we had other
priorities at that time). The budget itself is surely off-topic in the public
community proposal, but probably all the rest could be shared and discussed by
the community?

In any case it is correct to have this bug report closed, and all the
contributions are welcome in the wiki page linked above.
