STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:
1. create a broken download entry, i.e. one w/ no download link
2. click the download link

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
it shouldn't be a link

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
link to http:/// which results in an error from my web browser

REPRODUCIBILITY:
always

The link should not show at all when there is no homepage. This is now fixed.
