When using the zoom buttons to zoom in on a page, everything on the page scales
except background images.

Look at the navigation bar on maemo.org (intro downloads community etc..)
Zoom in and see the the background stays at the original resolution.

When using the Opera engine, the background does scale.

Problem in Tiled Backround zooming nsImageGTK::DrawTile it not fixed for
working with DPI (bug 4821) zooming...
