When installing this browser, it sets itself as default browser. I can't find an option to switch the default browser back to Opera. Shouldn't that option be available somewhere? A beta project that has no way to switch back is a bit 'evil'.
You should be able to just uninstall microb-browser to get it to return back to the Opera browser. I'm sure there will be a way to switch between them eventually, but it's probably not done yet.
Well actually there is a way to switch. Although not very user friendly. Just edit ~/.browser and change hidden=false to hidden=true. Make sure the browser is closed while editing that file. (Browser saves the file on close) After changing hidden, you have an extra menu option under 'Close'. The 'Set Engine' lets you switch between MicroB and Opera. The new engine will only be active after browser restart. Another option is to edit ~/.browser and change engine=microb to engine=opera
Hmm, I had to change hidden value from false to true to get engine menu entry to appear. It might be related to language set for UI (french).

Should this update be available now (or anytime soon)? If now, I can't see it in my app manager.
