SOFTWARE VERSION: 
(Settings > General > About product)

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
(Explain in detail what you do (e.g. tap on OK) and what you see (e.g. message
Connection Failed appears))
1. Connecting to private wifi,
2. Enters Password
3. After the wifi icon blinking, a message saying
"Internet connection failed.
Unable to retrieve IP address
from server.
Try again?"

EXPECTED OUTCOME: Used to connect before attempting the stable SSU update

ACTUAL OUTCOME: Failing to connect

EXTRA SOFTWARE INSTALLED: 

OTHER COMMENTS: The wifi network is WPA2 Personal security encryption with AES
type.

Does any other WPA2-Personal with AES wifi work, in case you have access to
another one?
