EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
(Explain in detail what you do (e.g. tap on OK) and what you see (e.g. message
Connection Failed appears))
1. Stable CSSU has no changes
2. It is just like original Nokia version
3. 

EXPECTED OUTCOME: Should have all changes of Testing CSSU

ACTUAL OUTCOME: No Changes from Nokia SSU

REPRODUCIBILITY: always
(always, less than 1/10, 5/10, 9/10)

EXTRA SOFTWARE INSTALLED: N/A

assuming you were following the installation steps on
http://wiki.maemo.org/Community_SSU#Installation
try the following command in xterm

apt-cache policy mp-fremantle-community-pr

it should have this output:
mp-fremantle-community-pr:
  Installed: 21.2011.38-1Smaemo1
  Candidate: 21.2011.38-1Smaemo1
  Version table:
 *** 21.2011.38-1Smaemo1 0
        500 http://repository.maemo.org fremantle/free Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

If the output is different you did not follow the installation instructions.

Also please keep in mind that this is a bug tracker and your "bug" is an
installation problem which can and should be better helped on tmo or irc.
