SOFTWARE VERSION: 
(Settings > General > About product)

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
1. Insert a micro sd card
2. Write to the card
3. Check dmesg for
   microsd end_request: I/O error, dev mmcblk0, sector ...

EXPECTED OUTCOME: 

It works.

ACTUAL OUTCOME: 

Corruption.

REPRODUCIBILITY: 
(always, less than 1/10, 5/10, 9/10)

10/10 for broken cards.

The fix is trivial (but not easy for most users to apply) and should be
included in a CSSU.  (According to that thread, the fix has been applied to the
power kernel).
