EXPECTED OUTCOME:

Step 3: Faild to fill the SMS-Form

I can't solve the bug on my own since I do not have an Account and I couldn't
find the button to switch language... ;-)

If someone is willing to provide the new form data, I can update the plugin.

Fixed in Plugin extension 1.2.4
