EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
(Explain in detail what you do (e.g. tap on OK) and what you see (e.g. message
Connection Failed appears))
1. open /usr/share/hildon-desktop/transitions.ini
2. Look for [thp_tweaks] section

EXPECTED OUTCOME: 

Be able to see and tweak thp_tweaks section

ACTUAL OUTCOME: 
No such section

REPRODUCIBILITY: 
always

EXTRA SOFTWARE INSTALLED: 
Theme-customizer, NO MaeModder

OTHER COMMENTS: 
Could it be because of Theme-customizer? Maybe it interferes with the SSU
software

If you're using Theme Customiser, it's very likely it's an issue with it. I've
just tested a clean install of the CSSU (same version) and it shows
"[thp_tweaks]" properly.
