If 0.4 should go to Ovi store there have to be removed some UI elements which
are implemented for testing only:

a) MainPage: TESTING MODE ON/OFF button
b) OnlineBoard: all menu items containing the string "Testing:" in the menu
which appear by tapping onto the back arrow.

In general: Is it possible (and useful) to implement some kind of #ifdef
structures for elements which are visible for testing only?

IMO needed for 0.4. Please change target if you agree Quim/Michael.

Since you have filed this one I'll keep it as a reminder. However, this was
already planned:

- Test mode button needs to be commented in releases.
- All those testing and convenient dialogs need to be removed as soon as the
actual functionality is in place (which is a 0.4 requirement already).
