Description Quim Gil (reporter) 2011-08-25 01:15:56 UTC
SOFTWARE VERSION:
0.3 on N9

Currently Miniature text strings are coded with no sign of internationalization
enablers. Hopefully one day we will have a L10n process and version in multiple
languages, but the first step is enabling i18n in our code.
Comment 1 Quim Gil (reporter) 2011-09-18 08:05:14 UTC
This one is needed in 0.5 in order to allow the contribution of translations.
Comment 2 Quim Gil (reporter) 2011-09-22 08:58:34 UTC
i18n enabled in master and tested with some Spanish strings visible in the N9
when set to Spanish locale.

The next step is to create the Miniature project in Transifex in order to
handle the community translations. I'll try to do this tomorrow.

https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/miniature/ !!!

Translation work can start now.
Comment 4 Quim Gil (reporter) 2011-09-23 08:55:24 UTC
Miniature i18n is implemented and has been tested in Spanish.

https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/miniature/ created and tested:
miniature-ts was uploaded and several teams have already provided translations.

http://miniature-chess.org/wiki/Translations created documenting the current
situation and "workflow".

This is enough to consider this report as FIXED.

PS: I was actually expecting to reach 0.5 simply with i18n enabled - now it
looks like we will have at least a dozen of languages supported!
