SOFTWARE VERSION: 
(Settings > General > About product)

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
1. Write an email.
2. Sign or encrypt with GPG.

EXPECTED OUTCOME: 
The email gets signed or encrypted with GPG.

ACTUAL OUTCOME: 
GPG is not supported. No signing or encrypting possible.

REPRODUCIBILITY: 
always

This had already been reported, and so can be tracked under bug 11870.
