SOFTWARE VERSION: 
(Settings > General > About product)

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 

1. Tap widget to call "Select connection" dialogue.

EXPECTED OUTCOME: 

"Select connection" dialogue appears allowing you to select and internet
connection.

ACTUAL OUTCOME: 

The "Select connection" dialogue appears, however it is briefly accompanied by
a banner reading "No saved connection available".

REPRODUCIBILITY: 

Always

OTHER COMMENTS:

If I navigate to Status Menu > Internet connection, the same "Select
connection" dialogue appears, but without the "No saved connection available"
banner appearing.

I can confirm this one. It started appearing after the PR1.3 and has been like
that since then.

Since it doesn't affect the usability I got used to it by now and can barely
notice it.
