Hermes not opening

SOFTWARE VERSION: (Settings > General > About product) EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: (Explain in detail what you do (e.g. tap on OK) and what you see (e.g. message Connection Failed appears)) 1. 2. 3. EXPECTED OUTCOME: ACTUAL OUTCOME: REPRODUCIBILITY: (always, less than 1/10, 5/10, 9/10) always EXTRA SOFTWARE INSTALLED: OTHER COMMENTS: Whenever Hermes is Pressed in the Menu Option it Appears for 5-6 Seconds and then dissapears and doesnt loads up.. While Starting a Circular Dotted ring keeps moving for 5-6 seconds and dissapears... Installed and Uninstalled the softeare and tried to Update it also but no help..
