EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM:

REPRODUCIBILITY: 
(always, less than 1/10, 5/10, 9/10) always

EXTRA SOFTWARE INSTALLED: 

OTHER COMMENTS: 
Whenever Hermes is Pressed in the Menu Option it Appears for 5-6 Seconds
and then dissapears and doesnt loads up..
While Starting a Circular Dotted ring keeps moving for 5-6 seconds and
dissapears...
Installed and Uninstalled the softeare and tried to Update it also but no
help..

i have the same problem....is there a fix or workaround for it?
