EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
1. open up any application
2. press ctrl+backspace

EXPECTED OUTCOME: show dashboard

ACTUAL OUTCOME: nothing happens

REPRODUCIBILITY: 
always

EXTRA SOFTWARE INSTALLED:
nothing after ssu upgrade
