SOFTWARE VERSION: 20.2010.36-2
(Settings > General > About product)

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
1. Start application (e.g. xterm)
2. press CTRL-backspace
3. nothing happens

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
task switcher should appear

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
nothing happens

REPRODUCIBILITY: 
(always, less than 1/10, 5/10, 9/10)
always
