EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
(Explain in detail what you do (e.g. tap on OK) and what you see (e.g. message
Connection Failed appears))
1. Create a web URL shortcut on home-desktop
2. Click on it / activate it

EXPECTED OUTCOME: 
The page with the entered URL is opened in the web-browser

ACTUAL OUTCOME: 
The page is opened but a second brwoser window showing the bookmarks opens too.

REPRODUCIBILITY: 
always
