Many times, specially when you get your feeds from planets, it's usual to see
the same post appearing in different planets.

It would be good to have an option that, when reading a post in a feed, mark
the same post read in all feeds that it appears; usually one I read a post in a
feed, I do not need to read again in other feeds :)

Interesting issue, let's see if that could be done without a big performance
penalty. Maybe it's doable now that we have async workers.
