I created Uyghur keyboard layout for ukeyboard, I really hope you can accept

Hi Ekrem,

thank you for Uyghur layout. I added it to git repository:

http://repo.or.cz/w/ukeyboard.git/commit/2bd8e89be0957380c47e399a54105b0b50eded30

and it will be included in ukeyboard version 2.5-1.
