Synchronizing a lot of feeds with Google Reader implies adding a lot of feeds
one after another. It makes no sense to write feed information to the disk
everytime a new feed is added. It's obviously safer but is a pain in the ass
when writing to flash memories like the one in the N900.

Already fixed in 0.8.3
